Upon your arrival, our staff members will be welcoming you at Hiroshima Airport and Hiroshima Station. You will be responsible for the transportation fare from the airport to Hiroshima city center.
On specific dates and time, there will be shuttle buses available from Hiroshima Station to the hotels. Details about the shuttle buses will be posted on this site.
Please note that our staff members won’t be able to guide you in the airport or the train station unless you provide us with your arrival information (arrival time, flight number..etc).
Also, we originally planned to accommodate all of you at Hotel JAL City Hiroshima. However, there have been more participants than expected, so a different hotel has been arranged for some of you to stay at. For those staying at this hotel, we will be contacting you individually with details.
