How to register
Participation to the ASEACCU is limited to member universities only
To register for ASEACCU Conference 2018, please click and complete the registration.
The official website of ASEACCU 2018 is now available.
Please note that the deadline for registration is June 20th, 2018.
Registration received after the deadline will not accepted. As the places are filled up on a first-come, first-served sign up basis, those who wish to attend the conference are encouraged to register as soon as possible to guarantee registration and accommodation.
Since it takes about 10 days for the procedure,please contact us immediately if you need the necessary documents issued by the conference organizer.
The registration deadline has been postponed until June 30th, 2018.
The deadline for an assistance for documentation issued by the organizer is July 10th, 2018.

Notification of Registration Re-extension
We will be accepting registrations again from the following period.
Please note that registrations cannot be accepted for any reason after this time period.
Registration Period: July 9th – July 13th, 2018.
Registration method: Online (Please follow the instructions on the registration page.)
Payment method: On-site (Japanese yen only)
All payments in Japanese Yen (JPY) only. By credit card : i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB.

Accommodations will be provided from August 21st to 26th at the following hotels:
Please indicate the dates you require accommodations and room preference in the registration form.
Most likely one room is arranged for one person. Occasionally, two people may be assigned to a twin room (a room for two people) but fees remain unchanged.

Payment and cancellation policy registration fees
Your registration cannot be processed without payment. Please submit your payment information together with the completed registration. On line registration with secure payment is available at the website http://www.aseaccu2018.org
