Dear all ASEACCU 2018 Participants
This is to alert you to the fact that some of ASEACCU participants have received a scam e-mail with a false hotel confirmation and a false advanced payment guidance for the rooms outside of the dates the conference organizer provides.
Please note that ASEACCU organizers or the registration desk NEVER ask the participants to pay for the extra nights of rooms before their arrival in Japan.
Also, ASEACCU registration desk accept registration payment through credit card ONLY or on-site payment here in Japan.
This false e-mail was sent from aseacu2018@or.kntcs.co.jp (FALSE).
Our official email address is aseaccu2018@or.kntcs.co.jp (CORRECT / two “c”s).
If you receive any e-mail other than our official email address, please DO NOT give them your personal information or make payment by credit card or bank transfer.
