Conference Fees

Faculty members and staff (JPY 60,000)
Students (JPY 50,000)

Conference fees include accommodation for the nights of August 21th to the 25th (checkout on the morning of the August 26) and food expenses from the dinner of the 21st to the breakfast of the 26th.

There will be no pick-up service available. Please note that participants will be responsible for the cost of their transportation between the airport and Elisabeth University of Music.

The conference fee must be paid by credit card or to a specified account via wire transfer in Japanese yen. Please understand that transaction fees are charged accordingly. (Please refer to the registration page for the bank account information.)

Accommodation

Accommodations will be provided from August 21st to 26th at the following hotels:
Please indicate the dates you require accommodations and room preference in the registration form.
Most likely one room is arranged for one person. Occasionally, two people may be assigned to a twin room (a room for two people) but fees remain unchanged.

HOTEL JAL CITY HIROSHIMA

  • Buffet style breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • Lodging expense is 7,900yen per night (Including breakfast) .
